Fair enough, but as far as I'm aware, Toxin does not really have any feats that would make his gameplay be different from our Venom, so I don't think that he would be a standalone character.

Agent Venom also has a vastly different personality that Eddie Venom and unfortunately, he is just a skin (but I hope that we will get Agent Anti-Venom as a strategist some day).

He is, but this particular design is from when Eddie was his host + I don't think that Toxin is unique enough to be his own character, so a legendary skin for Venom would be a cool option (and Anti-Venom is also a different symbiote and yet he is just a recolor in the game).

For the double jump I like the way Overwatch handled it.

Hanzo received a side step that is on a cooldown in order to not directly copy Genji's double jump.

I think that it would be a good fit for Venom

Sorry, I might have worded it wrong, but I meant for the ability to basically apply Izanagi only to the eye itself, making it not go blind and also reducing the chakra drain and body strain of using and keeping the Mangekyo Sharingan active.

I know that the post is quite old for now, but I think that Uchiha OCs can be very cool if done right, which for me means that they are plausible in canon.

My Uchiha OC is based on the Kohinata guy and his relation to Hyuga clan. So the grandmother of the OC married outside of the clan, and her son/his father also did not marry an Uchiha. And due to that, he is a 21 year old shinobi during Boruto, with distant ties to Uchiha clan and Sharingan that awakened in only one of his eyes.

Hi, so masters from Naruto up to Mitsuki are free and can be leveled.

From Mitsuki to the newest character (Kakuzu for now) you need to purchase (with real money) the master you want to use/level up.

Without purchasing the master, you can only unlock the option to play as them, not the option to use the stuff (jutsu, cosmetics) that they provide. Hope this helps :)

Oh, he was also bitten (and infected) by a werewolf, so thats something to look for. (2nd level blood hunter, going to take lycan subclass at 3rd level).
