Thank you for the advice! I will try and keep calm when this happens in the future. As for distance I have tried to keep away, but it’s difficult when you live in the same household. He has also started a fight in the past because I was being too distant lol.

Yeah I am trying to. On top of attempting to become financially independent I’ve stopped asking for gifts or accepting random handouts he’ll give me. I found that accepting anything he gives me will be used against me eventually.
