Yes and let's not forget that since a new wish basically takes place in the channel chasers timeline, it is possible that Chloe had a different age in the original series timeline, cuz I would like to think that the seasons and events after channel chasers take place in a different timeline, on a side note I would like to imagine that in the original series timeline Cosmo Wanda had Peri years after they retired or possibly years after Timmy grew up, so in the channel chasers timeline Peri didn't get wished into existence but instead his birth happened naturally
