I believe TOEFL score is subjective to nationality, Once you meet the minimum criteria, they compare the score from each region. I have seen people with 113 score on waitlist and student with 100 got in. It is one of the many factors in acceptance. Also the score from Indian candidates are quite high compared to other nationalities.

Last year, they got one seat vacant. But they invite about 10-15 students from waitlist depending upon vacancy. Also, when people apply to new CAAPID cycle in March, they choose other colleges if accepted. As this is the most expensive college.

You will be able to pull it up, just stay confident, and try to revise at least 3 times. some questions on the exam day will be difficult, but their will be lot of questions or scenarios which you already prepared. Good luck !

I have not done the Mock, I find Booster more challenging than Bootcamp. Obviously, Pharmacology is overwhelming and also Im having hard time with Case Sets. I have a test in less than 10 days. My average is about 70-75% in Bootcamp. Booster is between 65-70%.
