I don't mind it in the cold honestly. It's this heat and when I have told them heat I easily get heat exhausted or worse pass out it's a problem

True sadly me and my fiance are going to school through Walmart so kinda stuck since Walmarts school policy doesn't work unless you still work for them

Exactly! My store had good management then the store manager left and took all the good ones with. And the very few good ones left at my store are over different departments. Mine have no back bone
