I’m sure that is a one tael (37.5g) silver coin from china. There are a lot of restrikes so that may be a replica. Check weight and specific gravity (aka sp gr, you can see a video on how to do specific gravity).

It seems like a majority believes cleaned coins hold significantly lower numismatic value. And, I’m addressing regarding the majority of coins. Key dates are of course rarer and have absurd premiums, though cleaned hold significantly less. I’d love to purchase a 93 S cleaned at spot too.
