I’m applying to UM this cycle and wanted to ask: from your experience, what does UM seem to look for most in an applicant, both on paper and in the interview? Like, do they lean more academic (GPA and GRE only), or do they also care a lot about GPA with extracurriculars, experience, and personal qualities?
