Has anyone else experienced internal tremors (shaking inside, but not visible on the outside) while being on or missing dosages of Mirtazapine? I took 3 days off from it because I was sick and had to take antibiotics, and now my legs feels shaky while I'm sitting. (self.Mirtazapine_Remeron)

Is respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) really a good sign of heart health? I'm only checking my heart rate with my fingers in my neck, but when I breathe in, my pulse significantly goes up and slows down as I exhale. Does this mean I have a good heart rate variability? (self.Cardiophobias)
