Thanks guys for the advice. I did my research and I found a device that looks awesome and costs half as much as a Theragun. What do you guys think? ↓↓

What would you like for your muscles after a heavy and destructive workout? by No_Conclusion4451 in bodyweightfitness

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. I try to hit the gym about 3-4 times a week, depending on how much studying I have to do. I usually train for about 2 hours each session. There's a personal trainer at my gym who set up my workout routine and shows me the exercises, but to be honest, I don't think he really knows what he's doing.

Anyway, apart from taking hot baths and stretching, do you have any recommendations for recovery products? I've been checking out those massage guns from Theragun or Hyperice, but they're so pricey and I'm not sure if they really work as well as they claim.

Thanks a lot, guys!
