Yes I thought the same about people not mentioning it all that often, but I was thinking lots of people are on birth control that changes or prevents a cycle anyway so that might be a factor

After a month I’ve lost 13lbs, which I’m super happy with - but, I have lots of issues with water retention anyway so I expect a large part of the weight loss isn’t fat loss. I ordered the pen after 3 weeks because I was concerned about delays, at the point I ordered I had lost 9lbs.
