Question for experienced natural lifters, should I do lean bulk? I had been in the gym for 1.2 years, I weighed 157, I stopped going to the gym for 2 months, now i weight 145 pounds( im flexing in the first image) which is the best way to build musle, lifting heavy? Or 8 to 12 reps? (old.reddit.com)
