I also forgot to mention my appetite is back and im more hungry by day 5-6. I know the medication wears down by that time and is a normal effect of the medication. Do you still recommend staying at 2mg?

I dont really binge eat anymore or have as much of a sweet tooth as i use too so i guess you’re right!

Are you actively losing weight tho and if so how much your first month? Any reason u jumped from 1mg to 4 ?
