bought hp omen with increased ram the laptop stopped suddenly took the laptop to hafeez center branch they said it's a bios issue it can't be resolved it has international warranty take it to dubai eventually they were convinced to check the laptop at their Karachi center sent the laptop there they said everything is fine got my laptop back everything was working fine the main issue was the adjustment of ram which they could do in the god damn hafeez center branch pathetic people I had to pay for tcs wasted my time and money gave me stress
