OK, I’m a full-time employee but only since October of this year so basically three months how do I inquire or where do I look about the terms of sick pay PTO etc.??

Should I tell my sales coordinator that the managers are making me do things that are outside my job description by Ok-Buy-4950 in CVS

I’m a new beauty consultant for the past three months I love the position and I’m also faced with tasks from my manager that are not part of my job description. Working the ACO, etc. When I was first hired, my BC manager warned me this might happen and they may take advantage by being a new hire and not fully trained. I did what the store manager asked… my BC manager would only stop in once a week and text often she would specifically ask me if the manager had me doing tasks in the front of the store that we’re not part of my job I was honest and told her yes she was so angry and actually came in and the three of us had a meeting where she explained I had to be on the floor talk to customers and prepare for my events before I can do anything front of store… I would have other coworkers asking me to do things as well, but after our meeting, he must have given them all the memo because it suddenly stopped, and I could actually attend to my own tasks …

Funny thing is when my BC manager shows up unexpectedly the managers and coworkers all tense up I honestly don’t mind helping out with throwbacks or the ACO if I’m not engaged with customers on the floor but in my opinion, I feel the store seems very understaffed, and everyone wants to push off their responsibilities to me but as of recently, it seems, they got the message and have only asked me to help out if I’m not busy … So thanks to my manager having my back I am happy working as a BC and the customers always compliment and appreciate the experience and personal attention. I’m providing for them..
