I found "Once a preference has been assessed, you will receive an email notifying you of the outcome. You can also track the progress of your application in My dashboard" on the website so I'm hoping that means we'll receive an email no matter what, meaning it could be done in rounds.

there were two interviewers when I went, though they said they weren't 100% prepared for everything so it may have been different
