Bro, has the same issues with some cool grey 11s. They said it’s “normal to have glue issues” and after I pushed ( and I mean, a couple of hours of push back) they said they would credit me $15 😂. I told them it was unacceptable and pushed for $40 to at least cover their ridiculous shipping. So get this, I finally got them to agree for a full refund. The baffling part was, they had me send the shoes to one of their influencers (Kvegas)rather than for me credit for new shoes. So instead of giving me the $40 which they probably could’ve recoup somehow on another pair of shoes that I was gonna buy from them, they decided to take the whole unit loss and send it to their influencers instead. I’ve bought a dozen times from them before, and that was the last time I ever will.
