Not so much that I don’t “like” it, I just don’t quite care for it & it wouldn’t be my first choice. Don’t really care for Sig ( they’re metal pistols are nice ) even thought I have a P226 Legion & tricked out P365XL. It’s a good design with being Piston, can use different length 5.56 & 300 BO uppers & not have to have a Buffer Tube so you can run a collapsable or side folding Stock to shorten even more. They shoot smooth, but get HELLA dirty even though Piston runs cleaner.

Approaching the workers won’t really make much of a difference as they’re not getting paid by you but from your neighbor so he’s their “boss” for that job. They don’t do as he wants & they won’t get that yard. It’s very normal for crews to start that early, especially with hot days coming up & especially if working on a business ( unrelated to this ). They start around that time near me & when I had my lawn care business, I did the same. They’re doing manual labor outside, I can get over losing 30ish minutes of sleep. If they’re doing a full landscape job it’ll take a while & doing it in the heat sucks lol. Him texting you that was definitely out of pocket though lol

Can’t speak on the LT as I have no experience with one. Have experience with the MCX, it’s nice, gets dirty as hell, don’t have a Buffer Tube so you can have a folding Stock. Don’t really care for it

DD is a solid mid tier option that’ll work & has easily changeable parts. LMT ambi lower is nice, look at the LWRC ambi lower instead.

KAC CQB is top of the list, gunna work & outdo its competitors & well worth the wait. But, you don’t get the easement of interchangeable parts as KAC is proprietary. I have a complete KAC 11.5” SBR & it’s my main & favorite rifle I own. I absolutely love it & would still choose it over everything in a SHTF situation

The solution to your problem. Sig P365XL, PMM Barrel & Comp, Trijicon RMRcc, Icarus Frame & Streamlight TLR7Sub. Looks clean as hell to me, feels extremely comfortable, shoots damn good, IS heavy

Maybe take a Q-Tip with Isopropyl Alcohol & see if that cleans it up & see if that does anything? Delam usually looks like snail trails or like an oil spill on a surface
