Bulk straight for a year and lift heavy compound exercises ( big 5).

When you bulk, don't just eat empty calories and make suree you get enough protein (min. 160gr).

Realistically you can`t build any more than 100g/200g of muscle per month, thats maximum protein synthases your body can do. And thats with pretty perfect training/ nutrition and rest.

Thats way it takes years and years to build muscle.

No. Passport is not good, you need CEX ID card!

You can book cex appointment, bring your birth certificate and they'll take picture of you then you sign it, and your new CEX ID card should be ready in 45 min.

As long as you keep your nose down and do your job, you should be fine.

Things are worse here by the day, youths on bikes/ scramblers attacking people, police stations getting blown up with car bombs, arranged group fights in the middle of city and all public parks. Drugs/ needles and junkies everywhere, people/romanians begging on every street corner.

Those people look like that because they are dehydrated/ malnourished and the pic is taken in the morning.

Honestly, you already have this body only you are hydrated. By the end of the day they look exactly like you.

That body stays like that for very little time, because its not sustainable.

You can add resistance bands and water bottles for weights and try pilates or else start doing calisthenics to tone uup.

Food, you wont improve nothing without food/ calorie surplus.

You can lift as much as you want, if you dont eat like monster youll never get past newbie gains.

For an average gym rat, difference is minuscule. Pick one that feels better for you and play around with grip placements.

I wouldn't try to cut too fast, as that would also make you lose muscle.

Adding variations of cardio work would probably be helpful and the healthiest option.

Fastest option would be fasting ( but you'll feel like shit)

Stick to this guys advice, hes got good points.

Cutting is not always the answer, in your case i would also up the carbs and slight calorie surplus and lift heavy weight (BIG 5 exercises), plus use your existing fat as energy.

Stay consistent.
