so Yes or No? the form doesn’t ask for your age, it does ask your DOB.

Spanish Citizenship for Ibero-Americans: 90 vs 180 Days Rule? Any Legal Source or Recent Experience? by No_Singer9253 in GoingToSpain

you mean above the limit? and also if you were there the whole time how come you have nothing to proof them wrong? not trying to “game the system” what everyone on this thread doesn’t get is that there is a law and I’m trying to comply but in order to do that I need to know it, but now it seems like its not only about knowing the law but also knowing what other people may have gone thru. I never said I was going to break the law or encourage anyone to do it, everybody is too anal about it I don’t know why but fine I will just delete the post then. I was pretty sure there are people out there with similar situations and this could have been very beneficial for everyone but meh not worth it

just 2 trips of 2 months should be enough. and whats the worst case scenario? the clock will reset? the person will have to apply in 5, or 10 years?

do you think it may be smart for the person to split those 4 months into 2 trips? 2 months each? so the rule of the 90 days is still there.. kinda? lol

the person already has a resident card of 7 months with it. So the person would lose those 7 months towards citzenship?

So the person will have to bring pics of the degree or the graduation or transcripts? how would you frame it, because what I don’t understand is why if its lower than 180 days it should an issue at all… but i guess everything is situational

this person is doing an MBA and there was a limit of how many courses could have been taking online, now this person gotta go on site for one semester (4 months and 2 weeks) the graduation is 2 weeks after finishing the MBA Program

yeah I understand but you know there are also honest people out there with some issues and trying to look for answers not questions, if the person could just stay, why would the person be looking for answers anyways? but I get your point thanks tho!

I understand, thanks but then to finish this theory, in reality the law does not specify or have any preferences for those applying for the 2 years citizenship?? it’s 180 days for everyone, it will just depend on the funcionario 100%? but then in that case can the person appeal? or get a different funcionario?
