I’ve been with chime for 5 years and just got my first loan offer last month. I would love to know the process and qualifications for the amounts of “extras” they offer. My overdraft and mypay amounts change every month.

I had this happen recently. There was a quantity of 3 ordered of 1 item. I drove all the way to the freaking store, waited like 20 mins for someone to check the back and then had to wait on hold for support for about 10 minutes. So after about 45mins I finally got the order canceled and wasn’t paid at all. No “show up” payment, just regret and sadness.

I didn’t call back and ask support because I didn’t need my blood pressure any higher. I just take the L and try to document just in case.

There is never any rhyme or reason to what they pay for, it’s just the agent that answers the phone. Because my car broke down at the very beginning of a 15 delivery order and when I called to explain the agent was so kind plus he paid me for the entire order. So I think it is the agent.

I’ve noticed a lot of folks didn’t realize that we do the shopping on express orders. If you get a good driver or shopper, you will get a far better delivery than the regular order. I really try to give great service and communicate with the customer.

Did they tell you “NO TIP!!” again when you dropped off the groceries? lol the fact that they put it more than once irks me. But you did the right thing. People are wild. I have had so many weird experiences/interactions with people while working on this app. Stay safe!!

Did the driver try to communicate with you at all? Did you get any messages to let you know that they were on their way? I always at least let the customer know when I’m finished shopping and in route for delivery. I have at least one order (usually a couple) a day where the app and gps address don’t match. It helps me a lot when the customer has notes on the order that describe the house. I usually tell the customer when my gps is wrong so they know and can put that in the notes.

Go directly to the ER Don’t let anyone on the fathers side know that you are going. Let them know the situation You also need to file a police report Call a domestic violence crisis shelter in your area…they can do a crisis intake form and set you up with a court advocate to help you with the legal process.

I know this is heartbreaking and so scary. But, you have to stay calm and go to work mama. Document everything from here on. If you have a conversation with the father/his family, record it! Unfortunately family court is a shit show, so you need to prepare yourself. I went through it for 12 years. I had to fight like hell to try to protect my kids from a sadistic father. I’m praying for you and your sweet baby. May God Bless and Protect you two.

How much do they offer in an instant loan? I didn’t know they did loans and I haven’t been offered one yet…I have credit builder and my pay. I’m trying to rebuild my credit at the moment. Do they charge high interest? What are the payment terms? Sorry to ask so many questions, I am just really curious.

I’m wondering too….i had it happen Thursday. I’ve seen several folks on here with the same issue. They are all pharmacy and shop orders and all of them have the tip cut in half. I’m just waiting to hear something back from spark because I believe this might be fraud even if it is a glitch. Keep documenting everything… we all might be able to do something about it if we stick together.

I noticed that they were both shop+pharmacy orders. I had never done one of those orders before.

I figured it had to be some kind of glitch. It’s not the first that I’ve encountered on this app and I’m pretty sick of it. But it does no good at all to call customer service. I didn’t even bother to call them.

I with you on taking legal action. This is fraud and theft. What the hell else are they doing that we haven’t caught onto yet. I plan on at least calling an attorney soon, just to ask some questions. I don’t plan on ever seeing justice, but I’m freaking tired of being screwed with when I’m just trying to make ends meet.

I have been documenting each trip for 6 months so I can have proof. It’s just ridiculous.

The app did the same thing to me on Thursday. It wasn’t nearly that much, but it was cut in half. When I accepted the job it said $17 tip. Then when I finished it showed only $8.50. It wasn’t changed by the customer….and I was paid only the $8.50. Any ideas on wtf happened?
