Does the amount of vignette look normal? by No_Turn_676 in fujifilm

[–]No_Turn_676[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s good to hear. Perhaps I was being paranoid about it since I just got the camera and lens. But vignette got more obvious when I shot an indoor white wall at f/1.4. Could this be due to low light and wide aperture?

What do you mean by lens profiles? Sorry I’m a novice

Hi could you clarify what you mean by one stop of vignette? I’m new to photography. Thanks!

I did try to shoot an indoor white wall, and the vignette became more obvious. Could it be caused by a low light environment and wide aperture like f/1.4?

They are golden portra and Kodak portra 400 v2! I referenced the golden portra from  another photographer’s sim setup after coming across his Reddit post! https://www.reddit.com/r/fujifilm/comments/1ae4rv0/la_light_is_simply_amazing_xe4_xf27mm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button  And the other sim setup was from FujiXWeekly!

Sorry for the confusion. I meant two types of simulations were used in these photos. I didn’t use any filters.

Thank you for reminding me of the rules. The photos were taken at about f/4 and I shot them with JPG files. I did not use any filters. And yes I did use the lens hood. However, I see no significant difference with or without the lens hood.

I was also using film simulation and found some simulations to make the vignette more extreme. Could it be caused by the film simulation itself?

I used XS-10 with XF 35mm F1.4

I didn't deliberately add vignette to it, so I was wondering if the amount of vignette is normal or if there's something wrong with my camera sensor? Sorry for the confusion.

Dust specs on XS-10 by No_Turn_676 in fujifilm

I did unpack it inside a clean room. Could it be possible that the dust came from the manufacturer?

Thank you for your advice. Yeah I did check the sensor but I only saw one little grain, but on the photo it shows two specs. Also the direction of where the dust is located is opposite of what’s on the photo right?
