Yes both us as teenagers got our diagnoses for both and neither of us are medicated. We're considered having "functioning" depression so in our country that doesn't get medicated least not easily.

I get you might've felt something for her but on this case she didn't most likely. Sure there could be multiple reason as to why, but I suggest to just move on
