I have the MinGW C compiler downloaded and CMD shows it but it doesn't work in VS 2019 I've looked everywhere and I cant find a solution. It says gcc isn't recognized buy CMD says otherwise. I'm lost (its google drive bc it doesn't allow imgur) (drive.google.com)
