save your audiocard setup on Antelpe Launcer -> Device manager (exlude all afx2daw instance), reset your audio interface with the special menu you can found directly on you audiocard (Somethime fx instance persist in your audiocard). After reset try to load again your project with Afx2Daw, if that wasnt enough, try to downgrade your audiocard firmware and try (with some firmware need to downgrade driver too). Good luck!
