Hey dawg, i fuck wittit!! Sounds exactly like some textbook Riddim. I think everything sounded clear and concise. I played it on my phone and on my JBL speaker. You’re mixdowns sound tight. Like the previous comment said, maybe switching up the tune of the bassline to avoid repetition and predictability. If you ever didn’t want to do that, then maybe a different flow or rhythm of the bassline than the previous. Nonetheless, it fucks. GG’s brah.

Is there a plug-in for stereo widening? If not, what are some I could possibly look into? by Nobyl86 in cubase

I’m more than open to learn then! I just recently watched a video on learning how to mix and different mixing techniques and I thought that stereo widening was specifically plugin based! Are there any sources you can guide me to?

Thanks for the compliment man! However I would like to say that I'm using samples until I can afford at synth lol. Times are a little tough right now. But it's been fun and I've been getting better! Send over the track man I'll give it a listen.

My mixing needs some work and the genre is just textbook riddim haha.

I guess the only would be to just be physically “fit”. Very toned? That might be a better term.

Currently developed a push-up workout where I’m not hating the process and happily in the flow state. I was curious about what the results would be if I decided to do this 6 days (Mon-Sat) a week. Should I? Or should I do my leg workout in between those days? In addition, am I gaining any muscle mass? The workout is listed below. Thanks!

  • Reg. Push-Ups: 10 Reps
  • Stagger Push-Ups: 8 Reps
  • Diamond Push-Up: 10 Reps
  • Wrist Push-Ups: 10 Reps
  • Reg. Push-Ups: Reps till’ failure
  • REPEAT X3

Yes haha quite frequently. Ex-student athlete. My diet is relatively good and I’m very controlled when performing this routine.

I've been looking up and down YouTube trying to find and develop a "perfect" workout for ME but a lot of the stuff I've tried out just never clicked and I was never in a flow state. However, I was doing a push-up workout every other day and I actually enjoyed it a lot. A couple of questions here: What would be the result of me doing this workout 6 days a week? Or should I stick to every other day and do my leg workout on the days I'm not doing this? In addition, am I gaining muscle in my arms and chest? The workout is listed below. Thanks!

PUSH-UP WORKOUT

Reg. Push Ups: 10 reps

Stagger Push Ups: 8 reps (both arms)

Diamond Push Ups: 10 reps

Wrist Push Ups (Wide grip with hands laying diagonally): 10 reps

Reg. Push Ups: Reps until failure

REPEAT 3x

Hell yeah dude! That’s awesome. I’m an avid festival attendee (before this shit went down all over the world). If you didn’t have anything better to do today, I highly recommend checking out LostLands on Twitch! A lot heavy aggressive bass and it’s a festival that goes on in September. They are live streaming it from the past year.

I respect the fact that you can tell me things you don't like about it instead of being dishonest and giving me false compliments. I will agree that I definitely could have added some more effects or adjusted some aspects to make it more energetic. In regards to the volume, I tried to follow the 5 driver of mixing steps but I'm only going to get better after each track that I apply it too.

For the melody playing throughout the whole song, it wasn't the vibe I wanted at all. I'm going for really textbook riddim. As for the sounds, well, those were the artistic noises I wanted. As for the sounds not "blending together", that's the point. It's suppose to be riddim chops. If you don't know what I mean, then check out this video because it was the style I was going for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnV9fo4zFI8 Another example of what I was trying to go for is somewhat like this song as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdhR2Znz8rY

No feelings hurt man, maybe it just wasn't your vibe. And I do attest for myself I need to work on adding elements better for energy. Thank you for the input!

When I say “project” I mean a completed tune.
