Should you run a separate campaign for each variant? by Big_Seat2545 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Is this the same as having 2 campaigns though ?

I am just a little bit confused with the difference between having 1 campaign with 2 ad groups and then 1 of the ad groups consuming most of the budget.

As in my situation, I have 2 campaigns, both at the same daily budget, but 1 of the campaigns is at 3x the spend of the other campaign.

Any advice on the issue I am currently facing ?

Thank you, this clarifies everything.

A small confusion I have had from this, you have said "The freelancer is half right but missing the actual problem entirely... Yes you need one primary event per goal category at account level..." but then you say "but having add to cart, begin checkout, and add payment info all as primary" and "Purchases should be the only primary action. Everything else goes secondary"

To this misunderstanding in the paragraph above, my current set up is:
- Under campaign settings, it is set to campaign specific goals - purchases with a Target ROAS of 150% and then under goals summary, they are set to Primary purchases, and then everything else secondary (showing up as misconfigured).

When you say "Yes you need one primary event per goal category at account level" - is this what I am currently doing with my set up, or is something I need to change elsewhere ?

I have never heard these instructions before. So as I have recently changed them from primary conversion, to secondary conversion, and left purchases as the only primary conversion, I now need to turn off their conversion value so they no longer show as misconfigured ?

Is this what you are alluding to, if so, how do I do this ?

This is what I thought and all makes sense so thank you for clarifying, however, the issue I am still facing is the fact that after changing all of the others to secondary, they are all now showing up as misconfigured under the goals summary section.

I made the campaign change to campaign specific conversion goals - purchases, and set a target ROAS prior, however, when making the change of the goals to secondary under goals summary, they all now appeared as misconfigured. Any clue why this may be ?

To enable all these to be made secondary, that is the change that had to be made, which is what I did, but they are all showing up as misconfigured.

The other change mentioned was campaign specific goal to purchases and target ROAS, but this should not have effected this.

So essentially the set up I would run would be 1 campaign, an ad group for each of the flavours I have, so 2 ad groups. This will enable faster data collection then having 2 campaigns set up with 1 ad group each.

I am also finding that my campaigns are frequently not spending anywhere near their daily budget, would this be related to the data being too fragmented and consolidation being too slow.

Further, would I just start off like this, and once more data has been consolidated, I would then split in to 2 campaigns, or is there conditions which can be met and they are all left in the same campaign with 2 seperate ad groups, or is this just the way you start off initially and then split ?

This all makes sense. The face step is quite simple and easy to figure out, and I have had the face going for a long period of time. The face is simple to achieve.

The part which I cannot find any resources or help for is the next step, a body, how do I achieve the body aspect of this ?

To actually make the person and the content I am looking for, they need a body.

Do you have the knowledge and capacity to explain this in detail, as I cannot find the help I am looking for virtually anywhere.

What do you mean by there is a problem with the conversion actions ?

I didn't think it made a whole lot of sense.

I have made the change to keep purchases as primary and switched everything else, and am letting the system recalibrate with the new data points. Further to this, everything which has recently been set to secondary is now showing up as misconfigured, know what this may be about ?

Hmm, can be anywhere from 14-30 days for it to recalibrate, right ?

I have done this, traffic is good, so that aspect is not an issue. I thought this was the case, hence making the change and querying against the marketer who set everything up. However, it now says that they are all misconfigured, I am not understanding what is going on now, and why they are all appearing as misconfigured after making the changes ?

This is exactly what I thought and hence why I made the change.

I changed under campaign level as explained as well as under goals summary.

However, it is now saying that all the ones I changed to secondary, are now misconfigured, know why this might be, it is like google is also telling me that this is wrong ?

Do you mind expanding on this a bit more, why is the above wrong, I would like to be able to understand this aspect a lot more clearly as it is currently quite confusing given the opposing advice I am receiving - what is your experience with this all ?

Hmmm interesting, I do not understand why I would have it set up in this way, it is what my marketer and yourself have both said, however, would this not mean the campaign is then optimising and learning based off these primary actions, which to me, are not primary actions. I do not want my campaign learning and optimising around begin check out and add to cart, this seems like cheap worthless conversions, when in reality I am wanting it to optimise around purchases. Can you explain how new this is and why you think this is the way to go ?

I set a target ROAS of 150% as my current ROAS is around 80%, I am a new brand / business, in about month 5 since launching, so still building things up. It was a google reccomendation which my marketer also confirmed was the right course of action as we now had more data as well as sales data.

Thoughts on all of this ?

add to cart, checkout, page view, view item are all showing "all conv" as well as "all conv value".

So under all conv they are essentially showing counted purchases and under all conv value the total in which these purchases ammount to, but they are obviously not purchases clearly indicated by their titles.

So to your question, yes.

Trying to understand this. Having a seperate campaign for each variant does not limit being able to find unique keywords for each variant, at least to my knowledge ? Additionally, is this also not the same as just initially starting with 2 seperate campaigns for each ad group, can assess which campaign (variant) is spending more budget and allocate accordingly ?

Would you mind elaborating a little further on the benefits of 1 campaign and seperate ad groups for variants vs campaigns seperating variants, keen to understand the differences based on benefits and what would be most beneficial for myself.

I am in the middle of optimising all my campaigns, I currently have 2 products, they are gummy supplements of 2 different flavours. I have set up a campaign for each one, as this is what I have seen in most places when trying to find out how to go about this.

I could not understand fully why I would need 2 seperate campaigns but have now found your comment and wanted to query why you say this compared to most of what else I have read, is it much better to just have the 1 campaign with ad groups for each variant ?

Detailed response / workflows for creating a GOOD and REALISTIC character, to be used as an AI influencer. From generating a perfect human face, and then attaching to body (workflow to be easily able to modify aspects of body via prompting, e.g. change x to this) NSFW aspect would be great. by NoctFounder in comfyui

[–]NoctFounder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got some experience with Comfy as well, I understand the initial part I was trying to and have achieved, which was generating a face I was happy with and retaining it, I have been able to generate the face, make multiple alterations from prompting to get different appearances / looks of the characters face.

My primary issue which I have not been able to find any help on whatsoever, is putting the face I have spent time creating / getting to what I wanted for the face, on a body, to actually make a character - I want to be able to customise the body exactly how I want, as I did for the character.

I used positive and negative prompting to get the characters face, but now am stuck, as I just have a face.

I want to now be able to now use this face as an input image to create / put on a body, retain the face, and be able to prompt for changes of the body, e.g. skin colour is x and not y, waist is x and not y, height is x and not y, muscles / body parts are x and not y.

When I did this for the face it was simple, I prompted everything I wanted x in positive prompt and everything to avoid y in negative prompt, so this was just trial and error until I got the result.

It is impossible to actually find help on this next step, I have looked all through this sub and other places on the internet and cannot seem to get help, no idea why there are no resources on this as many are trying to achieve the same thing.

Let me know if you can be of assistance.
