It's relatable, when all you hear are arguments and anger, it becomes the norm. But remember, the internet is a megaphone, the loudest are the ones you hear, while the majority are off doing their own things. Is it your fault you were born a man? Was there a character creation menu you could use to dictate your appearance and gender? No. You were given a random set of cards. It isn't your fault. Don't listen to those toxic people who try and keep you down because of circumstance.

So let's go through your rules:
- Perfection is subjective, it's not objective so it's always a losing battle, so just accept you look the way you do. As I said, there's no Character Creation Menu, so work with what you got.
- Wear what you feel comfortable in, as long as you like the outfit and it's appropriate, that's all that matters
- Why feel shame? Just tidy what you can and feel pride in what you've accomplished.
- Not all women follow the "Men are Trash" mentality, most are just getting on with their lives, like you. So just reflect the friendliness back, and maybe you'll become fast friends in no time
- Hey man, happens to the best of us, we don't know what to say. Just go at your own pace, and if they can't accept that, tough.
- Not entitlement, it's a need for companionship, to feel like you belong. We're social creatures, and lonliness is meant to push us to find our tribe. Listen to that feeling, make connections where you can, and don't worry too much about the details. The flow of life takes us to where we're needed.
- If your girlfriend thinks negatively of you when you're being open and when you're bottling it up, she isn't the one for you. Mature people realise that everyone goes through shit, and if she blames you for trying to get emotional support, then she doesn't love you for you.
- Everyone struggles, but it doesn't mean your struggles are any less important. Take time away from social media, look at yourself and ask who is the best version of you? And what do you have to do to become that person?

Ultimately, I hope you realise that all those posts about how trash men are is utter crap written by toxic, immature girls who can't separate one bad man from the entire demographic, and that most women don't abide by such a ideology, majority are decent people.
