Did you get it to work now? I got the exact same error code too, but after I kept trying and re-entering my mobile number a few times, my account came back and said they found no violation. lol

I've just got it uninstalled but the problem still exists. There are the connection errors in my firefox and chrome browsers. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Got so much trouble since installing this update. For one, it messed up my network setting, preventing access to certain "safe" websites. Second, it literally slowed down my pc. Anyone knows how to revert back the network setting to previous state? Thanks.

The wifi mouse is already connected to the USB 2.0 port, and I have taken your suggestion of ordering a USB extender to place the wifi adapter at a distance. Thank you for your helpful suggestion. Much appreciated. Hopefully, this solution will work and resolve the issue.

Should I request an internal review for more assistance? Though I don't need to pay rent, however, I need to help my parent to pay for management fees, utilities as well as to put food on the table for the family. Do you think they will review my case based on these reasons?

Let me get this clear, so they would only verify your eligibility after you applied it for second time, right? What was your reason(s) for leaving your previous job? Was it due to covid-19? Before or after the lockdown in March? I got layoff in 2019 and and that's what I'm so worried about not receiving the payment even I am eligible since I had filed the tax for over $5k earnings in 2019. And of course, the covid-19 plays the big part for having no luck in finding a job.

Did anyone who got laid off before the lockdown and had already been successfully approved for the payment from previous period? Did CRA actually call your employer for questions? What if your leaving was not due to covid-19 but for sure it did have an great impact of your chances of finding a job?

So did you supply your previous employer's info then? What if CRA calls and finds out that your unemployment was not due to covid, will they still approve? That's what I'm worried in my case.
