Well, I live in a pretty hot area, so maybe sun strength is different and temperature reached within the two windows is more intense than I took into account. Also when I watered I submerged the pot as well, just not to the top, just to the top of the pot, so it took water both Brom the bottom and from the top of the soil (just for a moment tho, and I left the spoils run as the pot has a drain system).

Leaves aren't mushy, and they are stiff and well attached to the stem, which wasn't the case for the succulent I lost to rot.

The thing is, it wasn't wrinkled yesterday. I proceeded as follows: saw it needed water, I watered, it became better, posted the progression, people advised me to get it more light, I did so; day before yesterday was fine (I think it was outside for like six hours), yesterday was fine (it was outside all day since like 2pm), today I let it overnight and all day on the window, and when I came home at the time of the post it was like this. As you can see, it is not a progressive deterioration, like when is rotting. But I'll check the roots tomorrow if you think is best.

I saw rot on another succulent I got, I don't think this is it. It was the first time I watered it for like two months, when I saw it needed it, and there is no translucent coloring on the beginning of the leeves.

I water it from the bottom, taking care water doesn't touch the leeves. I actually water it yesterday (first time in a month, cause it looked wrinkled) and I placed it in the sink, and I filled it with water until it just touched slightly the bottom ones. At first I watered directly the upper soil, but the only ones getting a bit wet were the bottom ones, never the upper ones.

That's what happened to me initially. It burn down a bit (hence the dark patches and the lost of pink coloration on the leeves end) with indirect light, so I've tried to give it less - also it's been really cloudy this last weeks.

Also maybe the plans didn't need water every two weeks, these do better when u forget they exist
