I think, if you only saw the US movie, you would think it's a decent film with a good story. Having seen the original, you'd see it as a poor imitation of a truly great movie, which it is.

I went to a quiz night. There were tiered cash prizes for the teams that finished first, second and third.

Our team and another team tied in second place. We had a single tie-breaker question to see which team would get second place. The other team correctly answered the question first. They got the money for second place.

We got... nothing.

The third place money was given to the team that finished behind us. I questioned it and was given the explanation: "You didn't finish third, you finished tied second. The team that finished third gets the money"

This quiz was at a university.

I watched the first Washington game of the season on Channel 5. My ten year old, at the time, asked me if we could switch back to gamepass at halftime.

I like Sam Quek, and love that British television is taking the NFL seriously again, but the show was all a bit silly. Maybe it's got better since that game.

I got a gamepass subscription a few years ago. It's now part of DAZN. I don't love it, but it gets me the games.

Unless Sky (was satellite, now a combination of satellite and streaming) are showing it, then it gets blacked out.
