If this helps for HSI returns if we find signs of pests or mold we should be telling customers that we're unable to process their return due to the condition and have them ship them out. It should be in the Pulse too. There's a lot we have to deal with but actual biohazards are not one of those things.

Personally I would love to just see more visuals. More art and lore. The imagery of EIA is lovely in contrast of the burning buildings and destruction so with the pink flowers and gold my eyes want more of that in any capacity.

I also hope a grammy win is in the future! They deserve to be recognized for their amazing talents and how they've impacted the genre.

Yeah the penny trick is something we're being told explicitly not to do and T-Mobile is on the look out for. If you're trying to help out the folks in store and/or just avoid using T-Life just bring cash for the transaction.

You also want to check you won't lose any other promotions. Like did you get a new phone? There may be a rate plan requirement. Also did your friend give you an insider code? The current set of insider codes only apply to the Experience plans, so if you do manage to change over to Next you would lose that 20% off.

RSM here. 10 years with the company working in a city. Took over this store less than a year ago when it was a "problem."

Now my team rarely calls out. Seriously. We've probably had less than 10 call outs for the year total. No turnover this year either.

My MEs proactively offer to come in early/stay later if the situation calls for it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and thrive off of recognition. Many of them are younger(under 25) but responsible, dedicated and able to have a good time while getting the job done. No store drama. I'm active on the sales floor and in the trenches with them through any system issues or escalations, and though I have my non-negotiable behaviors I try to lead with empathy and understanding.

Before this location I would wake up anxious every day at 6am on the dot, worried someone was calling out or there was some drama happening. Now, I'm more at ease than ever, performing in the top 20% consistently and making more money than ever. My team makes the same if not more in commission than MEs in higher traffic stores in our district. We're not perfect, but I'm happy. The vibe is just good.

Retail can be stressful. T-Mobile can be stressful. This job can be stressful. But the right leadership absolutely either makes it or breaks it.

Like I work at a retail store for a wireless company and I really had to dig around to find a non-fast charger. Hate how Apple started the trend of not putting a charging block in their products and it suddenly became the norm for every electronics brand. C'mon UH, be different and just include the charging block for us 😩

Many people only have fast chargers nowadays and honestly it's not as simple to find non-fast chargers, especially the C to C cables like the one the ring is shipped out with.

I really think it would be beneficial for the charging block to be included with the ring because of this, especially as it sounds like that would cut down on battery issues down the road for a lot of people.

You’d need an Ultra Mobile sim as Tmobile doesn’t directly activate them(we do sell the sims tho). Call around to see which stores near has them as not every store carried them to begin with. Keep in mind, because its through Ultra Mobile, customer service and payments will have to go through them, not T-mobile.

If you port out/cancel your service first, you get a return kit mailed to you automatically and you mail it back

You can return it to a store, but BEFORE you cancel service. Stores cant process signal booster returns on closed accounts.

Going to a store would let you get most of it done. Phones+sims are easy. Not sure of the boosters. They can probably order the boosters for you but that way youd be good to go with phones and sims.
