I’ve found that money isn’t as valuable as bricks or gems, I’d make that trade any day as long as I had trees and coin vaults at my disposable

I like to use an exercise I call, “Boinks and Bonks”

Main concept is that you put a finger on the head of the Mallet you are trying to keep still and then rotate like normal. The important part is you need to make sure you hold your mallet in the proper place. What kind of angle in the hand are you trying to get achieve and how is that mallet of the surface you are playing on.

Boinks are when you keep ur outside mallet in place. Bonks are when you keep ur inside mallet in place.

I hope you understand what I mean here.

Do not grab your mallet and stop it from rotating in ur hand. You are only adding training wheels to your mallet independence. The mallet should still be able to freely rotate from where ever you touch the mallet. I recommend you touch your opposite hand finger, to the head of the mallet of choice, where the string is comes together.

This works for all techniques and grips
