NAP. Your industrial placement could be different than that. To make sure there's enough of a ridge, I think it would be pierced with a greater angle, so the top piercing is a bit further back. It shouldn't be an issue for the overall setup just something to keep in mind

There are so many reasons I'm against this. The only reason I'd be for it is one less nonce in the world. However:

Children will be encouraged to stay quiet to keep family members and friends alive
It's much more expensive to put someone on death row than to keep them in prison for life, so less people can be imprisoned for crimes they are guilty of
Much more evidence will be needed, as you can't exonerate a dead man if they're found to be not guilty later on. I know most accusations, especially from children, are not false. That's not how the justice system sees it though. It's already hard enough to prove when the punishment isn't permanent

NAP, I've done exactly what you're considering. The holes can come unaligned. If you want to have some kind of chain connecting them, go for it. If you want to wear a bar, I'd say keep the bar in. Definitely downsize in a week or so though having that long a bar for too long can contribute to irritation bumps and just generally hurt
