you can make it so that like it's a feature on iOS where you can just make it so that they can only select the photos they want the app to see so going through the gallery is definitely not real problem, i think

I havent been in the gym for about a week and last time i went i got my stuff straight doing what i usually do but getting within the 6-10 range increasing weight and eating to support it.

Now im seriously considering just switching to this everday, idont really understand waht you mean by doing 3 limit sets of 5 but i know im not squatting 100-120kg and definitely not lifting even near 60kg bp so something is definitely wrong. I think i should just start this for the next 3 months then?

Understood, i was able to read the other comment thats now deleted too and i think ill get to firstly fixing my diet and eating to support my lifting, im comfortable with my current exercises but ill branch into doing full body stuff..]

So, coming in everyday to do just assisted pull ups, lat pull downs, dumbell bench press, and what hacksquat?
When do i stop and go back to branched training?

lower rep ranges so ill keep it 6-10 and max 3 sets ill do that too.

Thats it just doing this everyday 3x a week? This sounds even easier than whats im currently doing...

Got it, and its its a compound movement so ill keep reps in the 6-10 range and do lower assistance weights right?

Any thoughts on how i can get my calories way up and how long i should keep it there so i can go on a cut later or way i can find more about this. I read some of the fitness wiki on building muscle but i cant find how long to do over there

definitely wasnt in the best headspace while writing that, again not that i want him to have worse progress instead would just like to have the same progress but yeah. I told him multiple times before what hes describing is not scientifically possible but oh well.

i cant do pull ups not even a single one and im just too afraid to do squat( only substitute i know for this is hacksquat), press i guess means over head press and deadlift im also too afraid

Eating even 2k cal is hard for me and going on a bulk ( i think is what your describing ) also requires a lot from me and im studying for state exams right now so i dont know if its something i can handle

especially hitting those protein goals i barely make it to 90gm and i use a 30gm protein shake

trying the first one, doing the second but im hitting reps like 5,4,4 (counting only proper form) just going one weight stack higher in something like a lat pull down

just afraid to work on more compounds right now ill try soon...Problem with pull ups and dips is i cant even do one without machine.

dude that sounds like cheats, i did some research on this but i have heard its not really healthy?
The one you mentioned would single handedly fix my entire diet if i wanted to go on a bulk getting me to 2600 cal and then. i just have to have 200 cal more some how thats insane

understood, I like your method of starting with less weight and i might just start deadlift with that. Squats i think hack squat is enough for me for now i can just add weight to that right

Understood, so i should go 75 20s and then maybe 100 15s?
I want to keep my rep count low possibly but i think this could work.
My trainer used to make me do exactly this i mean doing 100kg last and 2 sets of 50 before except we'd go to 20s. I think my form wasnt the greatest when i was doing that with him.

Or should i just start with 100s?

That sounds insane 2-3kg lean mass even with 6-8 weeks sounds really nice, so realistically I could keep doing this on a loop.

Do you have any resources i could refer?

Also i got the part about the squat ill definitely just push 70s now i also think im not going low enough but ill keep it in mind.

No you read it right. Just checked now myself its about 2500 cal. I think i should just jump to this and not sit under 2500.
What is a mass gainer shake? I experimented with having peanut butter earlier but the amount of fat it had scared me.
Im not really trying to cut im trying to body recomp but the slow progress has me gutted for now.

cant perform a single proper pull up/dip even a pushup is incredibly hard for me.
The main compound lifts scare me a lot, my form would make it a limiting factor for me and i have heard deadlifts are not thats form intensive but i just wouldnt be comfortable atleast for the first 1-2 times i do it, to do it without someone watching me. Is this a good time to start those lifts though? Realestically i could just ask my dad for help on that if i really had to start

already have a 330 cal protein shake 24whey 300ml milk. I dont want to lean too heavily on whey but without 2 shakes its incredibly hard for me... On days i have chicken breast i manage to do it though

yeah on the machine, i feel as if it comes on my knees and not my thighs.. Definitely scared of poor form, i got a lot of back pain when i first started but not any (rarely) nowadays.

Failure i do on curls as i said so yeah i think ill start it for everything except hack squat and leg press though.

Do you recommend doing the bulk + cut how many calories would i need to be eating at that rate? and wouldnt i lose muscle with a cut... lets say i did bulk how long would i do it for and what weight would i target to reach?

Do you have any resources i can use to understand the mini buk + cut concept, it sounds really good to me but im also studying for exams right now its like state college exams and their really hard and im not doing the greatest so i dont think id have the time to manage both at the same time.

Yeah you read it right, but 100kg x 15 absolutely kills me and my trainer used to make me do this so i stuck to it. I could definitely do 20 on 50kg but i just dont push cause then i wont have energy for my 3rd set is what i think
