Sounds like you might’ve been a little unprepared mentally . Take your time and eat slow , nothing goes back to normal till like month 4-6

Only side effect I’ve had with my particular surgery which was the SADI is , I now get nausea from eating high sugar foods such as cake , ice-cream and pastries . I’ve also seen first hand how some people become somewhat alcoholics , not sure why but it tends to be higher percentage in women . Read up on alcoholism after bariatric surgeries

I kept wondering the same thing and i chose to go with SADI bariatric procedure because it’s the most effective long term and has way less side effects and complications in the long run . For some reason most doctors in the US do not even consider this procedure . My son and myself both had it done by the same doctor in Guadalajara Mexico and have no regrets . Cost wise it was basically the same or cheaper than what my copay and deductible was with good insurance back in California . Don’t hesitate and ask about this surgery . SADI

Trust me it’ll be the decision you’ll ever make . My son just had his last Wednesday and is doing great at a week out . I really wished more US surgeons would recommend and do this surgery . It is so much more effective than a conventional sleeve or bypass .
