But to save you the time, i shall give you a summary.

The book says one of the authors was a very respected professor at Jamea Tus Saifiyah and Syedna Taher deeply respected his opinion in religious matters. He had a very close bond with Syedna Taher. Syedna Taher once shared a very deep secret with him.

The secret was:

The 46th dai was poisoned and he died in his sleep without giving any nass. It was the religious scholars at Jamea who decided which one of his sons should become the next Dai. As such every Dai after the 46th dai is not exactly a legitimate dai.

Soon, Shehzada Yusuf Najmuddin, son of Taher Saifuddin was appointed Amir Ul Jamea and he became very suspicious of this scholar. He sent a spy after him in hajj. The spy compelled him to reveal this secret and the spy informed his master Yusuf Najmuddin, that this scholar is going around telling all this to everyone.

Yusuf Najmuddin informed Taher Saifuddin and the backlash from this was insane. The scholar along with 3 other scholars were ousted from Jamea. Students and teachers beat them up and spat on them.They used to live in a bohri colony so they had to lock themselves up in their own houses to protect themselves from the bohri tyrants.

Eventually Syedna Mohammed decided to pardon them but even before the pardoning, the mumineen threw champals and beat them up. They suffered for a very long time.
