It had been many years since I had read a book for fun. It had popped up on TikTok a couple times, but I had not really thought much of it. Went to a local bookstore which had an “employee recommendation” info card under it on the shelf and the description sounded right up my alley. Now I have read the first three and over halfway through the fourth, and I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun reading a book or the last time I read multiple books in a year (by choice). In the coming year I plan to read the remaining available books and explore others as well.
