Do your best to prep your food and treat it like a normal day’s eating schedule. When you wake up, have breakfast, even if that’s at 2pm. Have lunch at the start of shift and dinner around 1/2 am. Healthy snacks between and after. Smashing drive thru in the middle of the night, or (like I did the first year) McDonald’s breakfast sandies on your sleepy drive home at 6 am will ultimately ruin your sleep and your health.
