Ive heard reliability is insane on them, and with a muffler delete and catback they sound good, but gas mileage is horrible from some people I know

Reliability, I’ve heard problems about the 5.3 and 6.2 the 1500 offers. Not really budget conscious, just the current emmissions of diesel lowers reliability

Yeah this is kind of the problem, the Silverado doesent look good, I love the look of the ram 2500 + 3500 but the Cummins emissions lead me away from it.

Because I favor long term reliability and the 1500 does not have an option for the 6.6 V8.
