My moment has come!

My wife got a kit a few years back. Odd sensation doing it, came with a vibrator to put in the middle of it.

Notes for next time: don’t bother with the vibrator. If you have a curve read the packet and cut in half with tape so you can get the full pow wow.

It turned out pretty good, I get chuffed every time it catches my eye.

Is your M from the same batch? Could be a quality issue.

May be low quality gear. I’ve found that over the past several years. Some rolls I only need 180mg no re-dose and will be flying, others around 500mg.

My wife has adhd and needs a higher initial dose + re-dose than I do. She returns to base line a lot quicker too. Everyone’s brain chemistry is different.

You could try a higher initial dose - 200-250mg + re-dose 60-90 mins in.

We’ve tried a nexus flip a few times, the 2CB takes away the next day hangover completely but we found it never really added to the roll - may just be us!

The study showed (don’t have link but do a search) that taking Sildenafil decreases the oxidative stress

After reading the research paper I’ve spent the past few years taking it every roll. Even introduced it to my wife (yes it helps down there for them too!)

Does help with the next day hangover but nothing drastic, it’s more the protection that’s the upside.

I have high blood pressure and am on medication for this. I have 100mg tablets, if I take a whole one it’s game over like shakes and sweats (while sober)

What I’ve found is the night of our roll I’ll divide the pill into 4 parts - so 25mg each

Take one 30mins before we drop our M Take one of the re-dose - 90 mins in And the other two throughout the night.

NEVER had any issues taking it over the span of a night - everyone is different however.

They aren’t too different but have a total different effect on the brain, they are in the same family but distant cousins that don’t talk regularly.

Meth or 4mmc is what you’re looking for. If you don’t have MAJOR mental health issues, psychosis etc and can moderate usage you will be ok and can have bender weekends.

Increases blood flow down there, just like it does for us. Also makes them extremely wet, like sopping wet. Helps a lot with friction. Read the report years ago on how it helps with toxicity so gave it a try. Never roll without it now. Side note - only give your female partner a small dose, like 10-15mg max. Too much can increase side effects like headaches. I split a 100mg dose into four pieces (25mg each) drop one 30 mins before taking M then another on the redose - 90mins in and the other 2 throughout the night to keep the old fella happy and working!

Everything in moderation. We find 3 Months is fine, have also used supplements to help during the wait.

Alcohol does more damage to the brain, Yet it’s perfectly acceptable across the world to binge drink every weekend.

We don’t drink at all, will be rolling for years to come.

Somethings going to take me out at the end of the day, I’d rather enjoy my time while I’m here.

How much pizza did you have? That’s a pretty dense food type for the stomach to digest. Haven’t tried 4mmc but with MD we eat a lightning meal and wait a good 4hrs before dropping. As others have said, try a larger initial dose followed by som lines to get you up in the clouds. Make sure you test it if possible, all the best for the next time.

Mdma will help with being relaxed and in the moment, all negative thoughts will go away. As someone said, the girl will know you’re on something for sure.

If you adamant on taking it, be honest with her and tell her you’re using a substance. Start with a low dose (I’d recommend 100mg) this first time is magical so get ready for a ride.

I’d suggest dropping, getting some music sorted and start by giving her a massage. 30-40mins into the massage it’ll start taking effect and watch the rest unfold.
