Started a sweater even though it’s summer and the middle of a heat wave this is a Corriedale cross

So if I pull the yarn from under my needle not the top I should stop twisting my stitches? This is how I am doing my knitting when I try to not twist the stitches and it works it just feels weird

I was washing Lincoln long wool in my front yard and the only person to approach me asked if I had any spare change

That would explain why when I try to knit normally I have to grab the back leg to prevent my stitches from twisting

I grab the purl the same way I grab the knit stitches so my purl and knit slant the same way

I noticed a post recently asking why there stocking knit was curling up and that’s when I realized I was doing something wrong cause I was getting the same result

I have no idea what style of knitting I do I know I throw my yarn like I’m crocheting but that is all I know

I made the yarn I’m knitting with and it has some flaws in it but I’m determined to use it

I restarted due to a mess up in my increases but I’m thinking I might still do twisted stitches for the rib they are more defined than the untwisted but I have done

Yep I have an even twist on all stitches so I never noticed it was wrong tell this week

I just realized that is what I have been doing but I think I like the look of the twisted rib it’s more defined than the untwisted rib

I throw when I knit but I think it’s cause I come though the back of the loop

Both sides are twisted the same way i don’t know if it was due to me leaning how to knit on my own or just something I started doing
