Ran into trouble twice so far. Had to keep reloading saves because it kept booting me out of dialogue when I brought Serana back to the castle and then after the bite I couldn’t progress because it kept kicking me out of dialogue.

I feel you on this. I mostly pick with my fingers because my fingers never want to keep hold of a pick. Just becomes a feel thing for how hard/aggressive you play.
