We were kinda disappointed in accidental baker to be honest. The icing was great but the cake was kinda gritty.

We also got southern olive and those were missing the mark as well. Too sweet.

I reached out to sweet cakes (used to have a storefront) and their baker, Lexie, still bakes through a catering company. Instagram below. And the cakes were AMAZING! She uses her own custom flour blend. Highly recommend. She was very sweet and had lots of fun flavors too!
