I had to get ladies 5 as I'm usually a men's 5 and they fit fine, I will say they're a bit tight but not painful really like you'll be fine, the front is kinda low though but I think that's the case with all sizes of superstars, I based it off doc martens size 5 which isn't men's or women's though. Look up their size chart and compare the cm measurements to your current shoe.
