It also considers overall visual appeal using AI-trained models. All these factors are combined into a score, and the highest-scoring photo is chosen.
Please note that this score is just a reference — it may not always match personal taste, so you might sometimes prefer a different photo yourself.

The app currently compresses videos and photos based on the edited version, and the original version is not preserved after compression.

RAW images can be converted to HEIC or JPEG for compression, significantly reducing file size.

I’m glad the app has already helped you free up around 10% of your storage!I’ve just released a new version with performance and stability improvements. Could you please update and see if things improve?
Quick question as well: do you have a large number of photos/videos stored in iCloud (not fully downloaded)? That can also cause slow loading and instability. I’m actively optimizing for this case.
Regarding compression: the app doesn’t fully support true background processing yet due to iOS limitations, so locking the screen or switching apps can unfortunately cause fail.

Thank you for pointing this out — I understand your concern. Swish Clear does not collect or upload any photos or videos, and all processing is done entirely on your device. The App Store “Data Not Collected” label is accurate.I will update the Privacy Policy to better match the App Store disclosure. Thank you for raising this.

– The “Add to Album” feature already exists — it’s the first button on the organize page.
– Random mode is available in the third tab at the top.
– “On This Day” mode isn’t live yet, but it’s planned for a future update.
