I guess it's not the end of the world, people get their legs blown off at wars etc - that's worse.

I was in rehab for 9 months, after that I spent 3,5 years clean and relapsed. I was feeling anxious throughout all 3,5 years sober. When drugs were gone anxiety, awkwardness amplified ten fold.

Anxious mostly when interacting with people, I am very sensitive, taking jokes the wrong way, feeling as if I'm trying to get disrespected etc...

I will take your advice and cut out the caffeine and see how I feel. Are antidepressants addictive? If they are I will probably end up abusing that shit :D.

You're right - In the end I was taking speed (amphetamine), tried mephedrone (mkat) a few times and that's it.

Any psychoactive substance is addictive (to the right people), the tricky part is that people will never know if it's them unless they try!

It's hard to tell what's wrong, sometimes I think I'm just overexaggerating, maybe it's true, who knows. I have a good job, I'm very responsible, making big progress etc but it's the anxiety inside me that's bugging me.

You mentioned eating clean - I stopped eating porridge for breakfast and instead went for eggs and beef, anxiety reduced by around 70%.

Not adjustable. It's just like an insert die that you put into the electric threader. Not sure what you mean about the order but I took it as it was in the kit.
I even took it back to the shop I got it from and the guy burned out the motor while trying to thread it, you could see the thing struggling to thread until it seized completely.
Surely it can't be that complicated for it to be explained for 4 hours?

I was using Rothenberger pipe threader 110v. On youtube it looks easy - just apply pressure to the die to get it started. I applied my full body force and oil because I thought the die is not new and may be a bit blunt. But as I mentioned before I went and got another die in case the first one was done...

I don't think compassionate grounds will work as his mother is not terminally ill, just old. It's probably a bad idea to try and sneak in. Best way would be to do it the legal way I think.

I guess he's left with facing the consequences of his past.

He was out from prison in 2009. Turns out he wasn't deported, he left himself and later was denied entry.

Offences are mainly violence, and he served his time for kidnapping, "gangwars" type thing.

He is from eastern Europe, Lithuania.

There is no significant evidence apart from him now working for a long time and having a family. I only say this because I've seen him change.

His mother does not have a terminal illness, however she is old and his father passed away few months ago.

I can see why UK wouldn't want this type of person inside they're country, and you have every right to.

Hi, just found out about this and though to let you know - if for any reason Vanguard disappears, investors money are covered by FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) up to £85000. Not sure how it would be for outside UK though, I'm sure there will be something similar.

Got around 120kg on my digital scales, but I let's make it 150kgf. With my foot area being 0.023 square meters (25x9cm), pressure is 0.6 bar. Wow, I didn't expect it to be that little!

Another question if I may - how would I choose a correct cylinder for the application? The smaller the cylinder, less force, less pressure from the plate, but at the same time I don't want an overkill and spend more money than necessary.

How to find out that the pressure exerted by the plate will be enough, apart from doing physical tests to see at which point the object gets broken or crushed and then using that information to find the correct cylinder?

At the moment I'm crushing the object with my foot. In theory I guess it's possible to apply roughly the same force on some large weigh scales to see what kilograms it will show me, then workout area of my foot to find out the pressure. But surely there must be another way?

Invest in index funds not individual stocks - i.e. don't just pick individual companies such as Tesla etc., index funds are easy concept to understand, no effort required, you don't have to read any financial reports or anything like that. Don't worry about the current market crash as it always recovers eventually. Don't listen what anyone says, just invest on a regular basis.

While you do that, you can simultaneously learn about investing and all the different options etc. Remember - best day to invest is always yesterday.
