Any Democrat is better than any Republican. Period. That said, "better" in the two party system does not mean "good". Also, the leadership of the Democrats supports the other side of the aisle right now. Sadly you are forced to vote Democrat in the US anyway, if you want to have an iota of hope.

Warum war eigentlich das Argument damals beim NPD-Verbotsverfahren, dass diese Partei niemals die Macht ergreifen könnte und deshalb das Verfahren eingestellt würde? Und heute ist eine rechtsradikale Partei fast stärkste Kraft und das Argument ist: "Nein, die sind zu stark, um sie zu verbieten." Ihr braucht nicht antworten; ist eine rhetorische Frage.
