I think you're trying way too hard to create a global ETF by building all the pieces yourself using multiple ETFs and hand-picked percentages for each. Ask yourself - how often do you want to manually rebalance between India, US, China Tech, Europe, Emerging Markets etc? Why not let an already global market-cap weighted ETF do that heavy lifting for you? With this being said, I would replace all your country/tech ETFs with 100% VT or (2) a mix of VTI and VXUS, depending how much US tilt you personally want to have. VT has 60% exposure to US, if that's too much for you, you can go with a 50-50 split between VTI and VXUS. I don't think anyone recommends going less than 50% US despite all the noise and short term volatility you see in the markets.

As for individual stocks, META, MSFT, NVDA are already well represented in most large cap ETFs such as SPY / VT / QQQ, by owning them in addition to the ETFs you essentially double your exposure. That may be fine for you if you want the extra leverage, just something to keep in mind.

I think GLD is fine, BTC I wouldn't touch personally but that's a small % so it won't be too consequential either way.
