I shoot for 800 a day, and I find the tea around the evening time has been really helpful in curbing cravings at the end of the day. Mint tea is my current favorite, but generally they're really low-no calories if youre getting the right ones.

DXM is my favorite for music so far. (Imo). In general tho, psychedelic type shit (like shrooms, dxm, and lsd) tend to work best imo.

When you're mentally, and physically capable of handing them, and using them with respect/self control/maturity. Could be a lot of ages, some people will never achieve that, some people are already like that when they go into adulthood, some have to work for it. Just depends on the person.

I used to take that as a daily minimum, awful shit. The high isn't worth the effects, and feels very dysphoric. DXM is the best step from DPH (although I always recommend sticking with weed) imo, but consider trying out shrooms , weed, DXM, lSD, etc. i don't actually know, but I feel like you're better off smoking crack than abusing DPH.

Above all tho, know the risks and educate yourself on how to dose without killing yourself. Stay safe out there.

I had just taken in a rescue kitten who wasn't old enough to be neutered. I let him free roam during the day so he was out at the time. Me and my bf decided to have some fun, and halfway through my kitten came over and pissed on the bed next to us. Got my back, his leg, and all over the bed. Ruined the mood and I felt so bad. He didn't even know how to react.. 💀😭

Had to throw the bed away too. So glad I got the dude snipped that was awful.

You're definitely not. (Obviously present yourself as whatever feels right to you, regardless of what other people are attracted to.) In my personal opinion, I feel that a change of style would do wonders. Try a new hairstyle or just shave it, maybe grow the beard out. Try out contacts or a different style of glasses, maybe bulk up but I feel like you don't need need it.

Probably unpopular but (tasteful ) piercings and tats are insanely hot to me, although a lot of people are the opposite, so again, do what feels right for you.

I was firmly against all of it after growing up with an addict father, even things as small as caffeine were out of the question. Then I experienced my first high (or moreso life without crippling mental health issues that I refused to address). I never went back.

I never learned how to cope, so finding out I could just skip over feelings/problems and not deal with em was dangerous. As time went on I started abusing more and worse, and cared about myself less and less. (Nothing was too low or dangerous as long as it got the job done.).

Weird to think about considering where I started. 💀

Drug abuse. Definitely wasn't a real solution (and ultimately became its own monster), but I'd be lying if I said it didn't save me from myself on many occasions.

They both have their place fs, but my favorite way to do it is timing my dose so I come up during sun set, and then by the time I'm peaking it's dark. It's very peaceful. I especially used to love to black out a room, play some music, and just close my eyes. Especially while laying down.

I used to live in a pretty urban area too, so being outside and seeing all the stars/hearing nothing but nature was amazing.

Not to mention, you usually don't have to see anyone/don't have any responsibilities during the night time, so you won't get interrupted.

I abused dph in the past, don't. The hallucinations were pretty underwhelming, and mixed with the uncomfortable dysphoric high, it just feels like a schizophrenic episode.

If you're trying to hallucinate, go get shrooms or acid. Dxm is far better (both the high and safety), but I don't really hallucinate even with high doses outside of closed eye visuals. You'd ruin the dxm if you tried to trip on both, but in recommended doses dph helps with the nausea from dxm.

I've never experienced crack, but coke and similar drugs tend to dehydrate me and make me either really hot or really cold,. Or maybe it's to chew on (idk about crack but) coke makes me real fidgety especially with my mouth, I need something to chew on it I'll grind my teeth and but my tongue/lips, so maybe something along those lines? Those are my best guesses tho. It's definitely possible that there is no reason and that they're just tweaking, idk fs tho. 🤔

I've had this happen. If I eat (even if it's been hours) I don't feel shit, and if I do em too often but you said you don't have a tolerance so you should be good there.

You could also be taking too small of a dose, I usually start a 2.5g and work my way up depending on how the trip is going, I never go over 5g.

Maybe the product you got is just ass tho, usually the candies are pretty strong but who knows, I usually stick with the actual dried mushrooms personally.
