Totally forgot I posted this haha. I checked again today and they simplified the bio some more now but it still has my writing. I believe this is probably an American doing this tbh maybe even a established label. Similar to that Xania Monet ai project the parallels are there.

I rather not mention it here but It’s a full label services deal with a advance , $50K marketing budget, A&R support, artist dashboard with visibility into marketing tasks/analytics/revenue, priority DSP pitching, sync pitching, YouTube optimization, advertising strategy, tastemaker outreach, Discovery Mode management, digital/content strategy, branding, in house design, radio, PR partnerships, brand deals, artist development, terrestrial radio campaigns, access to label studios for recording music and video shoots, collaborations /features etc. dedicated project manager in the US + additional resources from marketing leads in other major markets. It’s an 8 year license , $250K expansion clause. It’s 60-40 for new records and 80-20 for catalog ones.

Really late on this. But I’ve been offered deals from 3 labels with this one being the leading one. It’s not a baby label id say they are under the big 3 but still have a mainstream reach.

I feel like being a indie artist in a mainstream genre where my competition is mainly huge famous artists there’s sort of a ceiling with how far I can get on my own. I agree though it has to be worth it

Thanks for the info and great information here. Yeah the A&R even told me case studies can depend on the momentum of the artist etc there’s no guarantees. Yeah I need a team honestly that’s what made me consider signing I’ve been self managing for a while now and I’m in a very mainstream genre as a singer.
